Vintage Japanese 21 piece tea set with raised dragon design

The tray measures 2 1/2 in diameter The sugar dish measures 1 1/8 x 3/4 x 3/4. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with the exception of the teapot which is missing the handle and it comes exactly as shown.
